THE ROLE

We are looking to hire a Product Owner to work in Krakow. You will require a rare blend of insight and technical skills, to translate problems into actionable road-maps, backlogs and deliver value. You will partner with a world class engineering team, UX and market industry experts to build a product that helps thousands of people a day save and invest money for their future.

What will you do?

• Partner with engineering, UX, product and business teams to deliver customer and business valuable software

• Define the “what” for the team, through stories and backlog management ensuring teams have high value items to work on

• Set priorities and roadmap for the team, by understanding the problems to be solved and the business objectives

• Provide an active role in mitigating blockers that impact the successful team completion of tasks

• A track record and demonstrated impact of delivery in a product or related role

• Ability to break down a problem into a vision, roadmap and objectives

• Top-notch influencing skills

• Ability to communicate technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Technical knowledge of pensions or technology development would be advantageous
